Mexican Black Bean and Corn Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

1 (10 ounce) can corn , drained
1 tomato , chopped
1 (15 ounce) can black beans , drained
1/8 cup red onion , chopped
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper


Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
