Mexican Salsa Recipe


1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 serrano pepper, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon oil


Drain and discard the juices from the tomatoes. Rinse the diced red onion under cold running water. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Cover and chill for at least 45 minutes for the flavors to blend.
